York Guild Hall Renovation Drone Filming and Roof Model

It’s always great to be part of projects in our hometown, especially is that place happens to be York, a city full of historical buildings and architecture like The Guildhall. For the last couple of years The Guildhall York has been undergoing renovations, mainly to the roof but also to some new building work on the right hand side looking from the river. The renovations were recently completed by Vinci Construction, who asked us to capture some drone aerial photographs and video clips of their roofing work and the new building to the side of the The Guildhall in York. We’ve carried out drone filming work with Vinci before on various projects, including a power plant and a hospital, so it was also good to be called back to work with them again as they are a top tier company, always involved in exciting projects. As well has getting the video clips and high resolution photographs of the roofing features, we also created an aerial map of the entire compound and a computer model.
